Description	Our client is looking for an experienced b2b sales person with a proven supervisery background to manage a small team of telesales personnel. Initially you will be working in a hands on capacity appointment making as well as responsible for setting & reviewing objectives, training and motivation .Your objective will be to develop and grow the department in order to then move into a soley managment role.
